WINNIPEG – Police have charged a 14 year old boy in four recent shootings including a homicide on Canada Day.

The deadly incident was on Flora Avenue early Wednesday morning. A couple was shot while walking. A 27 year old woman died from her injuries.

The young suspect faces several charges including first degree murder.
