WINNIPEG – No one was hurt in two early morning blazes.

The first, at around 2:30, was a garage in the 200 block of Watt Street.

Then, about half an hour later, crews were called to a house fire in the first block of Vale Place. It was caused by a smoker disposing of a cigarette in a planter.

No damage estimate yet in either case.
