SELKIRK – RCMP responded quickly to violent online threats threats yesterday resulting in the arrests of three individuals.

Yesterday, RCMP were made aware of a social media report that had made a number of violent threats. They located the 18 year-old suspect from Selkirk and arrested him for uttering threats.

They also identified two more suspects related tot the threats and have now arrested an 18 year-old girl and a 16 year-old boy, both from Selkirk.

They are all being held in custody.

Selkirk RCMP are not looking for any other suspects and the investigation is continuing.
