WINNIPEG – Police in Brandon have arrested a third person in connection with the stabbing of a black man at a city skateboard park Thursday night.

The 21 year old woman was picked up by officers in the area of the incident last night. She also faces assault and public incitement of hatred charges.

Cops have also issued arrest warrants for two others of no fixed address wanted for the same offences. Their photos are below.
