WINNIPEG – A 52 year-old man has been charged after police began an investigation into allegations that someone in Winnipeg had distributed images of child pornography.

As a result of the investigation, 52 year-old Douglas Alex Kuluk has been charged with possess child pornography and distribute, sell or possess for the purpose of child pornography.

He was detained in custody.
