WINNIPEG – The province is reporting seven deaths today from COVID-19, six of them in Winnipeg.

There are also 203 new cases of the virus, including 85 in Winnipeg.

4,664 cases are active, 20,769 people have recovered, for a total of 26,166 cases so far.

313 Manitobans are in hospital right now, 37 of them in the ICU.

The five day test positivity rate in the province is 9.9 per cent. Winnipeg’s rate is 9.4. 2,181 tests were done in the last 24 hours for a total of 437,412 since the pandemic began.

The death toll now sits at 733.
