WINNIPEG – The province says seniors over 95 can now be vaccinated against COVID-19. The same goes for First Nations people over 75.
The number to call to book an appointment is 844-626-8222.
A caregiver is allowed to make the call and accompany the person to get their shots.
Dr. Joss Reimer of the Manitoba Vaccine Task Force says she’s personally very excited about vaccinations expanding into the general public and the age of eligibility will continue to drop over time.
