WINNIPEG – Police have made an arrest in the murder of Leroy James Flett.

26 year old Evan Jaye Littlejohn has been charged with manslaughter.

31 year old Flett was found badly injured on Burrows Avenue early in the morning on December 30th. He died in hospital on January 1st.

Police say because Flett died in 2021, this is the first homicide of the new year.
