WINNIPEG – Police have recovered the body of a boy from the Red River.

It’s believed nine year old Darius Bezecki entered the water about 4:30 Friday afternoon near the Louise Bridge.

Darius was found yesterday afternoon a few kilometres north of the Perimeter.

The Red River is especially dangerous right now. The province has even issued a high water advisory.
