WINNIPEG – Manitoba RCMP caught two drivers going way too fast on the TransCanada Highway this week. Early Wednesday morning, a tipster reported seeing the cars weaving in and out of traffic. A 19 year old man is charged with going 166 kilometers an hour. He didn’t have a licence. His fine is $1,081. The driver of the second car is 20. He also didn’t have a licence and his fine is $298.
