WINNIPEG – The city is recalling almost 200 Community Services employees.

This is in addition to nearly 400 workers who were brought back in the same department last month.

Libraries will be partially re-opened in the next few weeks or early next month.

The plan is to re-open the Cindy Klassen Recreation Complex and the Pan Am Pool on Monday, July 20th.
