CMHR Releases Plan

WINNIPEG – The Canadian Museum for Human Rights, rocked by allegations earlier this year, has a plan to make it a better workplace.

Current and former workers accused the museum of racism, homophobia and censorship.

New CEO Isha Khan says this plan isn’t just window dressing, it’s intended to address systemic racism and discrimination at the CMHR in a meaningful way.

It includes commitments to evaluate employee retention rates, review board policies for bias and introduce new recruitment methods.
