Collision Sends Two Police to Hospital

WINNIPEG – Two Police officers were hospitalized after their vehicle was struck as it went through an intersection with a flashing yellow light at around 1:30 A.M. on July 27.

A preliminary investigation revealed that the car that struck the police vehicle went through a flashing red light.

Two officers, the occupants of the police vehicle, were transported to the hospital for minor non-life threatening injuries. The occupant of the civilian vehicle declined medical attention.
