WINNIPEG – A off-duty city cop has been charged with impaired driving.

29 year old Chris Logan, a five year constable, will be removed from regular duties pending the outcome of the case.

He was arrested after police were called about a man inside a running vehicle in possible medical distress.

When officers arrived, the man showed signs of impairment.
