WINNIPEG – A small but illegal crowd protested COVID-19 restrictions at the Manitoba Legislature yesterday.

Gatherings are limited to five people under current public health orders.

Police were on hand but it’s not known if tickets were issued.

The rally featured music, singing and speakers who talked about the need to practice Christmas traditions.
