WINNIPEG – The province has heard the rumors too. People gather in groups of more than 10. So as a result, Premier Brian Pallister says he’s looking at possible penalties or other ways of cracking down on crowds during this CoVid-19 pandemic. And he’s worried there may be even more violations of the public health order as the weather gets nicer. Pallister promises more on this later in the week.
