WINNIPEG – RCMP have handed out another whopper of a speeding ticket for $1,123.

This one goes to a 22 year old BC man who was going 192 kilometres an hour in a 110 zone.

He was busted on the Trans-Canada Highway near Portage la Prairie.

The officers who pulled him over say it was “like they were standing still.”

The guy also got a $174 window tint ticket and a serious offence notice which will transfer back to BC.
