WINNIPEG – The death of Dozer has been announced on Facebook.

The steer became famous a couple years ago when his size went viral. Dozer stood almost six and a half feet tall.

He lived at Kismet Creek Farm near Steinbach where they say they’re “completely gutted” by his death. “If love alone could have saved him, he’d still be here with us right now.”

No word yet on cause of death but the post says the veterinarian did everything possible to save Dozer.
