WINNIPEG – The Electric Donkey Run and Dance Party, returns on September 7th in Winnipeg.

So, get those neon running clothes out of storage, grab a box of glow sticks becasue all the FUN happens at night, at this bright glowing 5-k run/walk.

“This is Winnipeg’s most Fun Run with DJ’s, lights, music and an incredible experience of a lifetime,” said John Ford, co-creator and race director of the Electric Donkey Run and Swamp Donkey Adventure Race.

Run it, walk it, fun it and dance your cares away!

This all ages event will start at 6 p.m. at the Manyfest site located at Broadway and Memorial Blvd. with the crowd gathering at dusk to take part in the run/walk. There are five party zones along the route, so there’s plenty of time to warm up those dance moves before reaching the ultimate dance party at the end of the run.

Registration is now open. Sign up before June 15 and take advantage of the Early Bird pricing with a savings of $10. All registrants will receive a free GLOW pack and a beverage (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) at the end of the run.

Early Bird Individual – $35 – This is for individual entry not as part of a team.

Early Bird Kids Participant – $20 – Children 5 and under are free but must be registered with an adult to attend.

Early Bird Team Participant – $35 – Each registration is per person on the team.
