WINNIPEG – A man previously charged with manslaughter in the death of Eunjee Kim on January 9 has had his charges upgraded to First Degree Murder.

Juhyun Park was arrested on January 9 after 41-year-old Kim died as a result of a domestic dispute. She was discovered unconscious at her home and taken to hospital but was pronounced deceased.

44 year-old Park has been held in custody.
