WINNIPEG – RCMP’s National Forensic Laboratory Services helped the Winnipeg Police identify a suspect who broke into three different businesses between July and September.
In all three incidents, the suspect broke a glass door to gain entrance to the businesses and stole cash as well as property. The forensic team recovered evidence at two of the three scenes and with the help of the RCMP Forensic Lab they were able to identify a suspect.
On December 18th police arrested 38 year-old Toby Lee Vincent Mason at an apartment on Carlton Street. He has been charged with three counts of Break and Enter. Disguise with Intent, and Failing to Comply with a Condition of Recognizance.
He was held in custody.
