WINNIPEG – The Manitoba Wilderness Committee is accusing the province of charging too much for fishing and hunting licenses. It says people are also being overcharged for provincial park vehicle permits. A fee of $4.50 is now being charged as part of a new online permitting system operated by an American company. The MWC claims this extra charge is preventing people from enjoying the great outdoors.
