WINNIPEG, MB – A bottle of “Flintstones Plus Iron” was found to have unidentified capsules instead of the Flintstone shaped vitamins in Quebec.

According to Health Canada, the opened bottle with the safety seal removed was returned to a Pharmaprix in Longueuil, QC, in December.

At this time Health Canada is aware of only this one incident involving this vitamins but, are asking consumers to check the product before consuming.

If you discover capsules in this product, you are asked to contact Health Canada and return the product immediately.
