WINNIPEG – 42 year-old Winston George Thomas, a convicted sex offender has been released from Headingly Correctional Centre and is expected to live in Winnipeg.

Thomas was convicted of numerous sexual assaults including one against a 13 year-old girl. He is considered at high-risk to re-offend.

This information is provided to enable members of the public to take suitable measures to protect themselves. Any form of vigilante activity or other unreasonable conduct directed at Winston George Thomas will not be tolerated.
