WINNIPEG – A high risk sex-offender is wanted on a Canada-Wide Warrant after failing to return to his residence when he was released from prison on January 10.

Rainie James Semple has a long history of violent and sexual offences. He is still considered a high risk to reoffend and women are considered particularly at risk.
