WINNIPEG – 17 social agencies in the city will share $1.4 million to help the homeless.

The funding comes from the federal government’s Reaching Home: Canada’s Homelessness Strategy.

The agencies plan to use the money to help people in need deal with COVID-19 this winter.

1 Just City will now have a weekend drop-in and Main Street Project can improve cleaning at the shelter.
