WINNIPEG, MB. – Health Canada is warning people to check their USB charges as many have been found to be faulty.

Health Canada said the recall is a result of a national sampling and compliance project. A number of USB chargers were tested and many of them have been found to pose an unacceptable risk of shock and fire and are being recalled.
