WINNIPEG – A decision on bail for Peter Nygard has been reserved until next Friday.

The Winnipeg judge handling the issue says she needs time to consider her ruling.

The 79 year old fashion mogul is facing possible extradition to the US for sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

Nygard’s lawyers say if their client is released from custody, a security company will have video cameras on his home 24 hours a day to make sure he doesn’t flee.

Federal attorneys want to know how he plans to pay for that.
