WINNIPEG – Manitobans are finally getting online auto insurance.

Manitoba Public Insurance and the Insurance Brokers’ Association of Manitoba have struck a deal allowing you to buy and renew your vehicle insurance on online.

The deal includes two levels of commission for brokers for over the internet and in-person business.

Association CEO Grant Wainikka says people have been asking for this for a long time.

The new service, similar to how Saskatchewan does it, is expected to launch in 2023.
