WINNIPEG – Police have made an arrest in a murder earlier this month. 57 year old Brian Brisson was shot April 15th in a back lane near Isabel Street and Ross Avenue while feeding stray cats. 20 year old Darian Thomas has been charged with murder. He’s also accused of shooting at another man prior to the homicide. Both happened without provocation.
