WINNIPEG – The city’s 25th murder victim of the year is a three month old baby.

Police says their only suspect is also dead.

Officers with the Child Abuse Unit got a tip last Tuesday. The infant was rushed to hospital but later died.

The suspect was found dead three days later at a house in Silver Heights. Foul play isn’t suspected.
