WINNIPEG – A walk through the neighbourhood turned up a number of unsafe items left behind by others.

Police from Division 13, Division 11 Foot Patrol, and Winnipeg Police Cadets teamed up with The Bear Clan to walk the beat in the Point Douglas area. What they found was troubling. Here are some of the items picked up:

• 57 used needles
• 2 crack pipes
• unknown pills
• a drug users kit with alcohol swabs
• an unknown white powder
• a knife
