WINNIPEG – The province is reporting no deaths today from COVID-19.

There are 76 new cases of the virus, including 47 in Winnipeg.

1,212 cases are active, 29,453 people have recovered, for a total of 31,551 cases so far.

216 Manitobans are in hospital right now, 33 of them in the ICU.

The five day test positivity rate in the province is five per cent. Winnipeg’s rate is 4.3. 1,390 tests were done in the last 24 hours for a total of 515,792 since the pandemic began.

The death toll now sits at 886.
