WINNIPEG – City Police were called to the 400 block of Flora Avenue early this morning to deal with an altercation involving multiple people. When they arrived, shortly after four o’clock, a large crowd dispersed. Several people with injuries remained. Two were taken to hospital, one in critical condition and the other unstable. The investigation continues.
