WINNIPEG – In the news this week, Manitoba Public Insurance has applied to the public utilities to once again raise our rates.

On Sunday Dinner this week, I talk about your comments left on our Facebook page about the MPI rate increase story and share some ways, I think, MPI could save money and ultimately not give us an increase in rates. In fact, I believe all crown corporations should change their ways.
