WINNIPEG – Police have located and charged the man who is suspected of shooting 24 year-old Vincent Scott Ross on March 16.

A Canada-Wide arrest warrant had been issued for 28 year-old Christian James Bruce for Second-Degree murder.

On March 22, Bruce was located at a home in the St. John’s neighbourhood.

Investigators believe that Bruce and the victim had been at the multi-unit residence on College Avenue when a dispute occurred and the victim was shot.

Bruce has been detained in custody.
