WINNIPEG – Police have arrested and charged a 20 year-old man in connection to the murder of Norma Andrews.

Norma was killed on September 21 at a home on Balmoral Street. 20 year-old Jesse Jordan Gamblin has been charged with second-degree murder and is being held in custody.
