Prairie Mountain Goes Orange

WINNIPEG – Prairie Mountain health region, including Brandon and Dauphin, is now orange or restricted under the province’s pandemic response system.

Public gatherings are limited to 10 people and face masks must be worn in public places.

This follows a bad weekend for new cases, 72 yesterday and 42 on Saturday, and then another 49 new cases today.

There are now 395 active cases of coronavirus in Manitoba and the five day test positivity rate is 2.9 percent.
