WINNIPEG – Police in Brandon have arrested their final suspect in a racially charged stabbing back in September.

The 36 year old man was picked up late Saturday night and he now faces assault and public incitement of hatred charges.

The stabbing occurred at a skatepark in the western Manitoba city. A video shows four women and a man yelling racial slurs at a black man before attacking him.
