SELKIRK – Selkirk RCMP while on patrol at the Selkirk Rodeo Beer Gardens noticed a young man who seemed to be intoxicated and appeared to be underage.

Mounties approached the man, who police identified as 19-year-old Tyler Friesen. Friesen was of age to drink, but had court ordered conditions to abstain from alcohol.

Police placed Friesen under arrest and then found cocaine and cash in his pockets.
