RCMP say “Just Blowing the Oil Out” is Not an Excuse to Drive at 173KM/h

WINNIPEG – Manitoba RCMP stop a pick-up truck and the now the driver is facing a license review with MPI.

On their Twitter account, RCMP said “Apparently “just blowing the oil out of the truck” requires one to travel at speeds of 173kmh”. That excuse didn’t work for the officer. The driver was issued a fine for $1006 and was given a Serious Offence Notice for a license review with Manitoba Public Insurance.
