WINNIPEG – The 51st Folklorama festival has been cancelled. Organizers say they do it with a heavy heart but after much discussion, it was the right decision. As an alternative, the not-for-profit organization has launched Folklorama Feed, a virtual way to showcase the talents of members online for the whole world. Just check out the social media feeds of Folklorama. So CoVid-19 forces another major event to scrap things but not the Red River Ex, at least not yet.
