WINNIPEG – A Thunder Bay man is under arrest after city police were called to Ellice Avenue this week.

On Tuesday, officers entered the business in the 1300 block of Ellice to find a guy armed with a baseball bat but the really scary part was that he had doused himself with lighter fluid and was motioning like he was going to light himself on fire.

The guy also consumed Meth in front of the cops and he asked them to shoot him.

The Tactical Support Team was called in. They used a less-than-lethal projectile to take him into custody.

31 year old man faces charges.
