WINNIPEG – The Manitoba Integrated High Risk Sex Offender Unit, Winnipeg Police Service and RCMP are warning people about Cecil Junior Houle, also known as Chubby Houle and Junior Houle.

He’s a 44 year old convicted sex offender who’s considered high risk to re-offend. Especially females are at risk of sexual violence.

Houle has been released from Headingley Correctional Centre and he’s expected to take up residence in the city.
