WINNIPEG – The province’s chief public health officer is warning snowbirds and other people who might travel this winter to cancel any non-essential trips.

And Dr. Brent Roussin says it’s not just because of the health risks. He points out COVID-19 restrictions can change quickly here and in other countries.
