WINNIPEG – As anti-maskers get ready to rally in Steinbach today, that community’s hospital can barely keep up when treating COVID-19 patients.

The Manitoba Nurses’ Union says it was so crazy yesterday that some people were being triaged in their cars because there was no room in the ER at Bethesda Regional Health Centre.

96 of yesterday’s 434 new cases of coronavirus were in the Southern health region which includes Steinbach.
