WINNIPEG – A WestJet flight, on the way from Vancouver to Toronto, made an unscheduled stop in Winnipeg on the weekend.

A passenger was being unruly, even lighting up a cigarette at one point.

RCMP boarded the plane yesterday and arrested the 59 year old man from Surrey, BC.

The flight was delayed about 90 minutes.
