Nuit Blanche Winnipeg returns with an exciting array of artists and venues as it celebrates its ninth year. On Saturday September 29, the event packs bigger and brighter art installations into it’s its 8-hour experience running from 6:00pm – 2:00am. You can enjoy a long list of events in St.Boniface, Downtown, the Forks, the Exchange District and new this year, the West End.

The Exchange District will feature two large works as well as several Illuminate the Night Works funded by the Winnipeg Arts Council.

“Unlike other Nuit Blanche events in Toronto, Montreal and Paris, Winnipeg’s Nuit Blanche has a real grassroot feel, something we want to keep as the event expands. We’re excited to bring new never before seen installations to Winnipeg,” says Nicole Matiation, Co-Chair of Culture Days Manitoba. “The not so big secret behind the success of Culture Days Manitoba and Nuit Blanche Winnipeg is the high level of collaboration amongst artists, arts organizations, funders, patrons, volunteers and audience”
