A planner with the Public Works department had some insight into why No Right Turn on Red signage was suddenly put up at intersections alongside the new bike lanes on McDermot and Bannatyne through the core of the city.
But the “how” part regarding whether public and city councillors were explicitly told this was going to be part and parcel with supporting the new infrastructure was a little murky.
