WINNIPEG – Snow has arrived, about six centimetres, so get out that block heater extension cord and find that window scraper. The official first day of winter isn’t until December 21st but that doesn’t change this morning’s driving conditions.
Environment Canada is forecasting flurries for the next couple of days. We can also expect colder than average temperatures right up until the end of the month.
